Heavy on the Metal!

Hello everyone and hello to my lonely blog I have so neglected! I sometimes dislike that I am a computer dummy and when it decides it's not going to be co-operative for a month 'I really hate that fact'.

Today I'm sharing my DT Canvas for Scrapmatts Australia.

There were a few rules I had to follow - I think I went overkill on the last rule?

- must be a specific photo size of yourself (hate selfies).

- must be on the this specific canvas

- and if you cannot tell it's for Scrapmatts then you haven't used the canvas and products properly.

Hi and welcome, This is another DT layout I created for Scrapmatts this week.

My Daughter Mackenna loves these themed photo sessions......we have done a few now and I am looking for ideas for the next, so if anyone has any wonderful ideas for themes please leave a message - it would be greatly appreciated.

Moments - 'She is Me'

Hi and welcome! Today I'm sharing my first DT layout created for Scrapmatts. 

I am very proud and Honoured to be joining this wonderful Australian chipboard Company and the wonderful Design Team.

 

Moments - 'She is Me'

 

 

I'm always getting told that she is 'so like me when I was that age'.....and there are moments that I can see that she is. (Not sure if they are her good moments though?)

 

I have used: 7 Dots Studio Paper, Lindy' Stamp Gang Starburst sprays on all the chipboard to get  Rich multi toned colours of Autumn, Tim Holtz crackle Paint and Prima flowers.

Dusty gone Rusty!

Hi there, Today I am sharing a Dusty Attic DT layout of my daughter from a Fairytale Story Book photo shoot....easy to guess the story here!

I love this DA Large Woodlands overlay and couldn't resist covering it in the 'New' Dusty Attic Rusting Powder.  WOW!!!  look at the amazing natural Rust colours it creates on this overlay and with a spray of  'White Vinegar' it is very simple to do.

 

  This is the Dried Rusted overlay before I started to add details.

Dusty Attic -Fairy Princess

Hi everyone, today I'm sharing a Dusty Attic DT layout of my Daughter Mackenna.

As the year comes to a close  ~ so does my year on the DT with Fabulous Dusty Attic although I will continue to use their amazing products on my pages and projects.

 

SSHhhh.......I will have some new 2014 DT news announced soon though!

  I really enjoyed playing with  Lindy's Stamp Gang Mist -Treasure Island Turquoise and Prima Woodgrain Stencil on the Background.

Hello there, Today I wanted to get into the 'Megs Gaden' Christmas spirit and create a traditional Christmas 'Red and Green' toned DT layout. Whilst the photo is not a traditional Christmas image I think it captures the spirit of Christmas ~ 'The First Noel, the Angels did say'.......
